GoldPaid wants this site to be usable by as many people as possible, however you browse. Here is our approach, and how to tell us if something is not working for you.

Our approach

  • Clear, readable typography with sensible contrast
  • A logical heading structure and a "skip to content" link
  • Keyboard-navigable menus, links and the FAQ accordions
  • Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images
  • Layouts that adapt to mobile, tablet and desktop, and to zoom

The standard we work to is WCAG 2.2 level AA. The site has not been independently audited against it, so we do not claim full conformance. If any part of the site is hard to use, we want to know, because that is how it gets fixed.
