Where we are. GOLDPAID LTD, Unit 217, Bristol Business Centre, 179 Whiteladies Road, Clifton, Bristol BS8 2AG. GoldPaid works from this office: parcels are signed for, opened and tested here. It is not a shop and is not open to visitors, so items are only received by prepaid tracked label, never by drop-off. It is also the address on your label, so you know where your parcel is going before you post it.
Company details. GoldPaid is the trading name of GOLDPAID LTD, registered in England and Wales, incorporated on 5 August 2026. The registered office recorded at Companies House is 179 Whiteladies Road, Clifton, Bristol BS8 2AG. ICO registration ZC214216 is held by Rocco Clayfield personally, as data controller, with GoldPaid as a trading name; it is not held by GOLDPAID LTD. What to expect when you get in touch
You can ask anything: what we buy, how the label works, how items are valued, what happens if you decline. Send a photo and we will give you a quick rough estimate where possible. When you are ready, we send a free Royal Mail Special Delivery label. Royal Mail cover may be available up to £2,500 depending on the postal method and cover level used. GoldPaid can confirm the appropriate postal option before you post. There is no obligation at any point.
Common questions
Can I just ask a question without committing to anything?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp or call. Ask anything, send a photo for a rough estimate where possible, and only request a label if and when you want to.
Do I need to visit a shop?
No. GoldPaid is a UK-wide postal service. It works from an office in Bristol, where parcels are signed for, opened and tested, but the office is not open to visitors, so you never need to travel or live near one.
What are your contact hours?
We answer WhatsApp messages and phone calls from 8am to 9pm, seven days a week, evenings and weekends included. One number, 07944 014111, takes both. Message outside those hours and we reply as soon as we are back the next morning.
Can I contact you without using WhatsApp?
Yes. Call the phone line, or email goldpaiduk@gmail.com and attach your photos there, and we will reply by email. WhatsApp is the quickest route for photographs; it is never the only one.
