Prefer email, or not on WhatsApp? Write to goldpaiduk@gmail.com and we will reply within our contact hours. You can attach photos to an email just as easily as to a WhatsApp message.
What to expect when you get in touch
You can ask anything, what we buy, how the label works, how items are valued, what happens if you decline. Send a photo and we will give you an honest, quick indicative figure. When you are ready, we send a free Royal Mail Special Delivery label. Royal Mail cover may be available up to £2,500 depending on the postal method and cover level used. There is no obligation at any point.

Can I just ask a question without committing to anything?
Yes. That is exactly how most people start. Message us on WhatsApp or call. Ask anything, send a photo for a quick indicative figure, and only request a label if and when you want to.
Do I need to visit a shop?
No. GoldPaid is a UK-wide postal service. The whole process is built around the post. You never need to visit a shop or live near one.
What are your contact hours?
We answer WhatsApp messages and phone calls from 8am to 9pm, seven days a week, evenings and weekends included. One number, 07944 014111, takes both. Message outside those hours and we reply as soon as we are back the next morning.
Can I contact you without using WhatsApp?
Yes. Call the phone line, or email goldpaiduk@gmail.com and attach your photos there. WhatsApp is the quickest route, but it is never the only one.
