What we buy

Send it all in one parcel: one label and one written offer, with each item on its own line. Gold and silver jewellery and scrap are valued on the purity and payable weight we measure, against the live precious-metal market. Watches are bought as watches. How it works

2. 02Get a prepaid Royal Mail labelWhen you are ready, we send a Royal Mail Special Delivery label. No pack to wait for. Use any padded envelope and drop it at the Post Office.
3. 03We value your itemsWe inspect each item and send a written, no-obligation offer with the items listed out, so you can see exactly what we are offering for what.
4. 04Accept or declineAccept and you are paid by bank transfer via Faster Payments. Decline and we return everything free of charge by tracked, signed-for post. No pressure either way.

How we value your items

We cannot give a guaranteed figure before we see an item. A photo gets you an indication first, and a written offer follows once the items are in front of us. Watches are bought as watches, not only for their metal. Final offers depend on inspection, condition, rarity, completeness and the current market. Where an item is solid gold or silver, the metal is tested with our in-house XRF analyser.

Posting safely

Every parcel travels by Royal Mail Special Delivery, tracked and signed for. Your parcel travels on Royal Mail Special Delivery, and Royal Mail cover may be available up to £2,500 depending on the postal method and cover level used. If your items are worth more than that cover, message us first and we will confirm the appropriate postal option before you post. Use a plain padded envelope and never write what is inside on the outside.

What happens if you decline

There is no obligation to sell. If you decline our offer, we return everything to you free of charge by tracked, signed-for Royal Mail, along with payment for anything you did decide to sell. No fee, no pressure.
