This site is operated by GoldPaid, a UK business owned and run by Rocco Clayfield. GoldPaid is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. - Identity and ownership information, where proportionate identity or ownership checks are required, in line with UK anti-money-laundering practice.

We rely on contract (to provide the service you ask for), legal obligation (to meet anti-money-laundering and tax record-keeping requirements), legitimate interests (to run and protect the business), and consent (for analytics cookies, which you can decline).
How long we keep it
We keep transaction and identity records for as long as required by law (anti-money-laundering and tax rules set minimum retention periods), and other information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected. After that it is securely deleted.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary, for example with Royal Mail to arrange postage, with our bank to make payment, with our professional advisers, or with authorities where we are legally required to. Service providers act on our instructions and are bound to protect your data.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or erase it (subject to our legal retention obligations), to restrict or object to certain processing, and to data portability.
