How we work
- Postal, not high-street. No shopfront overheads, so more of the value can go into the offer, and you never have to travel or queue.
- Ask first. Send a photo on WhatsApp, ask anything. Nothing leaves your hands until you are ready.
- Measured, not estimated. Every item is weighed on calibrated scales and tested by XRF spectrometry. You get a written, itemised breakdown.
- No pressure. No fake urgency, no countdown timers. Decline freely, items come back free of charge, tracked and signed for.
- Honest about limits. If something is worth more to a specialist than to us, we say so.

That is an office, not a shop, and not an address to send items to. The service operates by post across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Tell us where to send it. The label arrives by email, usually within about 30 minutes during working hours. Requesting one commits you to nothing: you get a written offer after the XRF assay, and if you decline, your items come back to you free.
