UK-wide postal service

Where GoldPaid serves, everywhere, by post

GoldPaid is a UK-wide postal gold and silver buying service. There is no shop to visit anywhere. Wherever you are, you sell by post with a free, prepaid, tracked Royal Mail label. The location pages below explain how it works for residents of each area.

How postal selling works wherever you are

Because GoldPaid is built around the post, your location does not change the service. It only changes which Post Office you use. You ask questions first, send a photo on WhatsApp for a rough estimate, request a free prepaid Royal Mail Special Delivery label, and post when you are ready. Every parcel travels by Royal Mail Special Delivery, tracked and signed for. Royal Mail cover may be available up to £2,500 depending on the postal method and cover level used. GoldPaid can confirm the appropriate postal option before you post.

There is no GoldPaid branch in any of these areas. GoldPaid is postal-only. You do not need to find a local office or visit us. See how it works for the full process.

You can use the UK postal selling guide without finding a town page. Before sending anything, check postage and cover and how to pack your items. We arrange the postal option with you after our conversation.

Not listed?

That is no obstacle at all. GoldPaid serves the whole of the UK by post on exactly the same terms. The location pages above simply cover the areas we have written up so far. Wherever you are, start the same way: see sell gold by post UK or send a photo on WhatsApp.

Common questions

Does GoldPaid have a branch in my city?

No. GoldPaid is a UK-wide postal service with no branches anywhere. The location pages explain how postal selling works for residents of that area, including the postcode-area routing and the timings.

Why post instead of using a local shop?

Postal selling avoids high-street overheads, removes pressure-selling at a counter, and gives you a written, XRF-confirmed offer to consider at home. Your parcel travels on Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed, tracked and signed for. Royal Mail cover may be available up to £2,500 depending on the postal method and cover level used. GoldPaid can confirm the appropriate postal option before you post. If the lot may be worth more than £2,500, tell us first and we can split it across more than one prepaid label at no charge.

How long does the postal route take?

Royal Mail Special Delivery is typically next-day. We acknowledge arrival the same working day, XRF-assay and issue your written offer, and pay by bank transfer once you accept. Free tracked return if you decline.

What if my town is not listed?

The location pages are just the areas we have written up so far; the service itself is UK-wide on identical terms. Start from the sell gold by post UK page, or send a photo on WhatsApp.

Not the question you had? The full GoldPaid FAQ covers the rest, from postal cover and ID checks to what happens if you decline the offer.

Prepaid label, free tracked return

Message us before you post anything

WhatsApp a clear photo and any question you have. Nothing is posted until you say so, and if you decline the written offer your items come back free and tracked.

We give rough estimates where possible; your final offer follows inspection. We arrange postage with you after our conversation.

No obligation. Free tracked return if you decline. We aim to pay within one working hour of acceptance.
