The short answer
If you decline, we return everything to you free of charge by tracked, signed-for Royal Mail post. There is no assessment fee, no return postage charge, and no follow-up sales pressure. The valuation is genuinely no-obligation. You only sell if the written offer works for you.
Step by step, when you decline
- You receive your written offer. After your items are weighed and XRF-tested, we send an itemised offer. Take whatever time you need. There is no countdown.
- You tell us no. A message on WhatsApp or a quick call is all it takes. You do not need to give a reason.
- We pack your items securely. Everything you sent is repacked carefully and kept identifiable as yours throughout. Your items are not pooled with anyone else's.
- We post them back, tracked and signed for. Your return travels on tracked, signed-for Royal Mail post, signed for on delivery. We send you the tracking details so you can follow the parcel home.
- That is the end of it. No fee is charged and there is no further contact unless you get back in touch.
Why we make declining this easy

If you accept instead
If the offer does work for you, simply accept and payment is made by bank transfer using Faster Payments, directly to your account, once you accept. Either way, the choice is entirely yours.

Does it cost anything to decline?
No. Declining is completely free. There is no assessment fee, no return postage charge and no admin fee. Your items are sent back to you at our cost.
How are my items returned?
By tracked, signed-for Royal Mail post, packed securely. You receive the tracking details so you can follow the parcel back to you, and a signature is required on delivery.
What if my returned items are worth more than £2,500?
Return cover works the same way as the journey to us. If your consignment arrived split across more than one parcel, it goes back the same way: each return parcel travels on its own tracked, signed-for label within its own cover, and you receive every tracking number.
How long do I have to decide?
There is no countdown and no pressure. We hold your items safely until you tell us your decision. If you need time to think or to compare, that is fine.
Will you keep contacting me if I say no?
No. If you decline, we arrange your return and that is the end of it. There is no follow-up sales pressure.
