Can I drop items off at a GoldPaid office in London?
No. GoldPaid is postal-only and has no public office or shop in London. Items travel on tracked, signed-for Royal Mail Special Delivery from any Post Office.
Do you serve outside London?
Yes. GoldPaid is UK-wide. The London borough pages exist because of the volume of London search demand, not because the service is London-only.
Is the process different for higher-value London addresses?
No. The process is the same; the only thing that varies is the cover level for higher-value parcels, which we arrange in advance.
