A charity gold and silver buyer for every UK town
GoldPaid is a UK-wide postal gold and silver buying service for charity shops. It is not a walk-in shop. Wherever a charity shop is, the route is the same: ask first on WhatsApp, send photos, request a free prepaid Royal Mail Special Delivery label, receive a no-obligation written valuation, and the charity is paid by Faster Payments to its registered bank account once it accepts. Choose a town below for its local page, or message 07375 071158 to start.

Common questions
Does GoldPaid have a shop in our town?
No. GoldPaid is a UK-wide postal service with no branches. It works with charity shops in every town entirely by post, using a free prepaid Royal Mail Special Delivery label, so nobody has to travel anywhere.
Is the service free for charity shops?
Yes. The WhatsApp valuation, the prepaid Royal Mail label and the insured return if the charity declines are all free. The shop never pays for postage, valuation or any service fee.
How are donated items valued?
Final offers depend on inspection, item weight, purity, hallmarks, stones, non-precious-metal components, condition and the live precious-metal market. Precious metals are XRF-tested and weighed, and the written itemised report is the binding offer.
What Royal Mail cover applies?
Royal Mail cover may be available up to £2,500 depending on the postal method and cover level used. GoldPaid can confirm the appropriate postal option before you post, and a higher-value parcel can be split across more than one label.
How is the charity paid?
By UK Faster Payments, straight to the charity's registered bank account, once the charity accepts the written valuation. Never to a personal account, a shop till or a volunteer.
What if our town is not listed yet?
GoldPaid still helps. The town pages are added in stages, and the postal service already covers every UK address. Message 07375 071158 on WhatsApp and a UK-based valuer will help straight away.
